The rental includes access to a large private pond of 56.83 ac. Part of this pond, classified as open water, requires a federal fishing card in order to practice. Rarely fished on the majority of its surface, it houses a beautiful diversity of carnocks such as pike, sanders and perches, as well as a population of wild white carp and love.
Fishing is done in no-kill and with respect for the ecosystem, with cap, carp or float-tube with lure.
For people without a fishing card, it can be easily purchased online or in the village's tobacco press.
