IMPORTANT: This is a family fishery. Fishermen looking for thrills or sport fishing will not find what they are looking for here.
Come fishing in total tranquility and especially enjoy the setting and its rustic hut
Located just 1.24 miles from the Côte-Saint-André, 50 minutes from Lyon, 40 minutes from Grenoble and 1h10 from Valencia, this property welcomes you for a peaceful stay by the water, in the heart of a wooded and flowery environment.
The pond, of just over 32291.7 sq ft, is nestled within a plot of one hectare fully fenced, lined with large trees and spectacular flower masses. A second adjoining plot, also one hectare, is reserved for our sheep.
Accommodation:
A fisherman's cabin of 269.1 sq ft on the edge of a pond, equipped with two bunk beds and a double sofa bed. Mattresses are provided (plan sheets or better, sleeping bags because blankets are not provided).
A little further, a small cabin perched in a large tree (13.12 ft x 8.2 ft) can accommodate a two-seat mattress for an unusual experience in height.
Comfort and facilities:
Water, electricity and sauna available.
Dry toilets nearby.
Easy access to the property with parking near the pond.
Possibility to make a small campfire, subject to permitted conditions and with caution.
A barbecue available, beware there is no kitchen.

Our house is more than 328.08 ft from the pond. We will be able to remain discreet, while remaining available if necessary. We are committed to sharing this privileged natural site, so that your stay is a moment of relaxation and pleasure.
