Private pond & waterfront accommodation with two ponds

Treat yourself to a break out of time in a corner of paradise nestled in the middle of the Vendée countryside. Here, everything is thought out for lovers of nature, tranquility and authentic fishing.

Two private water bodies just for you of 2.97 ac and 0.74 ac, in the heart of a closed land of 16.31 ac.

The large pond (2.97 ac) offers a very pleasant configuration, with a large natural beach (sable immersed) that descends gently to a pit reaching between 2.5 and 11.48 ft. Half of the water is more accessible and shallow, sometimes at heights depending on the season.

The small pond (0.74 ac) is more technical, ideal for precision lovers. There is a weakly deep front zone, then a gradual descent up to 1.5 to 5.91 ft depending on the period of year.

A mobile home 4 people with direct views of the pond welcomes you in a simple and natural atmosphere:

- 1 double bed (140x190) + 1 sofa bed (120x190) - The beds are equipped with single protective sheetst : You can bring your own bedding or choose the bedding option at 10 € / bed, which includes sheets, duvet and pillows ready to use for your arrival.

- Dry toilets

- Kitchen (3 fires) and gas fridge, kettle and microwave with all the necessary to cook: plates, glasses, cutlery for 4 people, as well as a few pots and basic utensils.

- Electricity via generator (provides lighting, appliances and microwave) – to be returned with the full SP98

- 30 litres of water made available (bids supplied)

- Solar lighting installed inside the housing to limit the use of the generator

- Heating with gas supplied, ideal for cool evenings

- No functional shower on site: only evacuation is operational. If you want to shower, it is possible to bring a portable shower (type 10L manual pressure shower, like those offered at Décathlon). This is not provided.

- Possibility of planting the tent.

- Totally private land, with no neighbors or vis-à-vis.

- Easy access and parking at 32.81 ft water.

Two curious donkeys share the place in their secure enclosure – they love visitors, but better keep the dogs under surveillance.

Proximity to the Vendée Bicycle Trail, the Bois des Girondins, and the Ajuncs Airfield: possible thrills (winding, glider, free fall...), O'Gliss Park and O'Fun Park.

Small supermarket 5 minutes by car in the centre of La Ferriere.

Half way between Puy du Fou (45 min) and Les Sables d'Olonne, and only 10 minutes from La Roche-sur-Yon.
