Holiday cottage in Dordogne : Nature, private ponds and absolute tranquility
Discover an idyllic refuge in a peaceful area of the Dordogne. Nestled in the heart of 247.11 ac forest and pasture, this cottage offers a perfect setting for holidays with family, friends or couple.
Outdoor activities:
Three private ponds: one of 6.18 ac with a small sandy beach and an island, and two other ponds hidden in the woods (2.47 ac and 1.24 ac).
Peaches rich in carp (record 19.84 lbs), pike (record 27.56 in), tanches, perches and white fish (robligatory no kill).
Possible swimming (unload to sign), boat ride, kayak, pedal boat or windsurfing.
Exploration and relaxation:
Trails marked to explore the surrounding forest.
Moments of relaxation by the water or fun activities on the beach.
The cottage:
Spacious and comfortable accommodation, ideal to recharge:
3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 4 single beds).
Fitted kitchen: Rayburn Range stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, microwave, etc.
Open living and dining room, perfect for friendly moments.
Private garden with outdoor dining area, barbecue and view of the meadows and pond.
Linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels)

Located on an organic sheep farm, the cottage combines modern comfort and rustic charm. You can discover the farm and learn more about sheep, cows, and the young orchard.
Availability:
July and August: Weekly reservations (Saturday to Saturday) - Seven nights minimum.
Off-season: flexible stays, ideal for a long weekend or extended break.
