Welcome to our estate, a former hunting lodge nestled within a large private estate of 296.53 ac. This unique place is a real oasis for fishing enthusiasts, large families or groups of friends in search of tranquility and varied activities.

A paradise for fishermen

The estate houses six private ponds (1 to 9.88 ac each), carefully seeded with various species: carp up to 44 lbs, pike, sanders, black bass, silts and much more. Fishing "no kill" is practiced there, allowing you to live your passion while respecting the environment. Surrounded by private paths and wild nature, the estate is a true sanctuary of calm and serenity. You can explore the surroundings on foot or by bike, discover the traces left by the cervids and other animals, or simply enjoy the beauty of the landscapes.

Spacious and comfortable accommodation

The estate offers superior quality accommodation, ideal for up to 15 people:

• Three double bedrooms: one king-size bed and two queen-size beds with private bathrooms.

• One family room: three single beds with private bathroom.

• One bedroom: two single beds with private bathroom.

• Common space: a single bed for additional flexibility.

All rooms are air conditioned and equipped with linen and towels.

The estate has a heated and secure swimming pool, ideal for relaxing with family or friends. Guests can also enjoy a private spa with a jacuzzi, sauna and gym for a moment of pure relaxation. Activities for all are available on site: table tennis, table football, hiking, boat rides, and bicycles available.
