Nestled in the middle of the woods, this authentic house of 1076.39 sq ft, with exposed stones and beams, parquet floors and original staircase, offers a perfect setting for unforgettable moments with friends or family.

With a capacity of 13 people (on request to rentalake with price adjustment), this spacious home promises total tranquility and disconnection, without neighbours nearby, accessible by a forest road of 1640.42 ft.

Its land of 53819.5 sq ft is home to a beautiful fish pond where fishing is possible (carp, gardon), and where pets are welcome. Take advantage of this natural environment to organize a friendly barbecue or simply relax by exploring the region's many tourist sites, just a few kilometres away.

Warm interior:

On the ground floor, a comfortable living room awaits you, equipped with a TV, TNT, and WIFI. The modern and fully equipped kitchen is ideal for making gourmet meals with its refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and everything for 13 people. A seating area with sofa click-clac invites you to relax, and a bedroom with a double bed (140x200) completes this level. The bathroom has a spacious Italian shower, as well as a baby bath, washing machine, and dryer.

Upstairs, discover two additional rooms: one with a double bed and a wooden baby bed, and the other with two double beds. On the landing, two single beds and three extra beds offer additional options. The duvets, blankets, and pillows are provided, but consider bringing your sheets and pillowcases.

Relaxation and entertainment:

The house also has a games room installed in a vaulted cellar, with old school tables, a table, and many games for children: coloring, felt, chalk, board games, and much more. An ideal place for summer aperitifs!

Guests can also enjoy an ideal space in front of the house to play the pétanque. Although it is a natural land, it lends itself perfectly to friendly parts
