Étang de Painroux – Exclusive fishing trip in Brittany 30min from Rennes


Located just 15.53 miles south of Rennes, is a peaceful haven of 51.89 ac, exclusively privatized for your stay.

A unique pond for fishing enthusiasts

Never rented previously for fishing (rented since January 2025), this preserved pond houses a large population of mirror and common carp, as well as numerous pike and perch. You can fish:

- float-tube carnassier or from the edge

- carp from the terrace of the floating hut or the banks (depending on the number of canes)

- A comfortable floating cabin


Accessible by boat, the floating cabin offers you total immersion in nature with essential equipment:

- kitchen : gas, barbecue

- comfort : 6 double beds, tables and chairs, deckchairs, parasol

- practical: non-potable water in cans (4x15l), dry toilet

- warm atmosphere: wood stove (wood not provided)


Practical information:

Complete privatization of the pond only - you are alone!

Minimum stay of 2 nights

Capacity:

  • Sleeping : 4 people included in the price (+ 2 pers possible extra charge at 40€ / day / person)

  • Number of fishermen: 4 people included in the price (+ 6 pers possible in supplement with an additional cost at 40€ / day / person)

Special offer: 10% discount for stays longer than 3 nights

The timetable is:

  • Arrival from 3pm day D

  • Departure no later than 11am day D+

That said, if there is no reservation before and/or after your stay these schedules may be flexible to your advantage. To be seen with the owner before you arrive.

In our family estate in Brittany (15.53 miles south of Rennes), we developed the rental activity of our 4 ponds in hilly places in the middle of the woods, as well as the corresponding bivouacs (cabane or magical glamping places), for the fishermen of carnocks or passionate carp, under the name "King Fisher Club de Painroux".
