Nature stay by 2 private ponds – Mobile home and camping in Normandy

Dive in the wild on a 22.24 ac lot with 2 private ponds of 7.41 ac each and a fishing shot in the river, perfect for a quiet getaway. Guests can enjoy an exceptional setting to fish or simply relax by the water.

Accommodation and equipment:

- Mobil-home cozy including:

- 2 bedrooms (for 4 persons),

- a living room,

- an equipped kitchen with gassing (only 1 functional light),

- toilets (she evacuates in the mouth).

- No shower or running water, but everything is thought for a stay close to nature.

- Electricity supplied by solar panels with generator.

- Bring your own sheets for the stay.

- Bring your lights some are not functional.

The accommodation is in its juice, thank you for taking it into account and not being too critical.

Activities:

Allowed campsite near the pond with fishing in ponds not drained for years with a maximum depth of 13.12 ft.

The ponds are populated by pike, perch, carp, white.

Barque available to navigate the pond.

Possibility to make a campfire or barbecue (wood provided on site).

Come meet the goats, sheep, and horses in the field.

Possibility to camp on the ground for an even more immersion stay.

Enjoy a large camping table for your outdoor meals.

Barbecue available.

Dry toilets, no running water, but everything is there for a return to the springs.

Ideal for nature lovers, fishermen, or those looking to disconnect themselves during a weekend.

Each reservation allows you to privatize the site for 4 people. Over 4 people, we apply a supplement of 15€/person per day.

A deposit is requested in the amount of €200 (cheque or cash), it will be returned at departure.
