The one hectare main pond, fed by a natural source, offers an authentic and wild fishing setting. Whether you come to hunt trout or to relax by the water, you will discover a place where calm and serenity are the only key words.

Your accommodation

This cottage is a charming typical country house, ideal for a stay in a duo or small family (2-3 people), combining modern comfort and authenticity:

• Night space: Upstairs, a secluded room consisting of a double bed and a single bed for nights in absolute calm.

• Living room: On the ground floor, a bright living room with comfortable armchairs, TNT TV and DVD player for your relaxing moments.

• Fitted kitchen: A functional space with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and everything necessary to cook local products.

• Comfort and technology: Bathroom with shower and toilet, Wi-Fi internet access included.

• Outdoor areas: Private terrace with barbecue, parasol and sun loungers, located just 328.08 ft from the pond.

• Bonus relaxation: Access to the shared heated swimming pool of the estate (May to September) to refresh after a day of fishing or hiking.

A preserved natural environment

The estate has two private ponds, including a main one hectare "free water" body offering a natural fishing experience:

• Cheptel: Presence of trout and gardons. Regular poisoning is carried out each year in the spring (April-May) to ensure a good activity.

• Water quality: Pond fed by a spring, guaranteeing fresh and oxygenated water, ideal for trout.

• Navigation: A rowing boat is available (shared between gîtes) to explore the most remote stations in the water body.

• Configuration: Wild vegetation overhangs some fishing stations, offering an interesting technical challenge for the accuracy of throws.
